Faculty of Civil Engineering & Technology (FKTA) University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and Professional Development Continuing Education (PDCE) in collaboration through Certified Training Provider Mega Jati Academy offering Construction Skills Qualification Frameworks (CSQF) ACCREDITED and APPROVED full 3 stages Professional Certificate Program with Level 4 (Diploma), Level 5 (Bachelor) and Level 6 (Masters) awarded via University Convocation approval by the University's Senate. This non-formal (non-MQA) professional program is dedicated to a group of professionals who are already in related industries. The implementation of these programs on a part-time basis using online and hybrid delivery methods (online and face to face methods).

This UniMAP professional offshore program has been accredited by the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) through the Construction Skills Qualification Framework (CSQF). The programs offered are at Level 4, Level 5 and Level 6 (CSQF) in part-time studies with hybrid/open and distance learning mode for 12 months duration.
